T-REX Upper Class Series Grilles feature embedded fine woven formed mesh positioned within the precision laser cut frames. All Upper Class Series Grilles are available in polished stainless steel or black finishes. We use several different materials throughout the design process. Our uncompromising quality begins with advanced 3D CAD supported engineering and design. All our products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control. This dedication of American craftsmanship shows in every product that leaves our facility in California. All our black powder coated grilles are made of mild steel and go through a multi-stage process, first they are sandblasted to prepare the surface for our epoxy primer base coat. Second, they are cleaned to remove contaminants from the sandblast process. Then an epoxy primer base coat is applied and cured to seal the entire surface, finally the color top coat is applied over the primer and cured to provide long lasting protection and a high-quality OEM finish.

Well I can't say much yet because we haven't unpacked the truck bed nor the aluminum sided tent yet because it's been winter and ice and snow everywhere. So we are now approaching spring, so will likely unpack the box in next week or so and make sure everything is there and as it should be. So if that turns out to be the case, I will be happy. But for now, we ordered the items and they arrived. That's it.
