Simple Return & Refund Policy

At MyTruckPoint, we aim to make your cancellation and refund process quick and easy. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with every step of the experience.

Returns

  • Easy Returns: Fill out our online return form for a smooth process. Items returned without this form may not qualify for a refund.
  • Warranty Claims: For internal damage or missing parts, contact the manufacturer directly for faster service.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used/installed parts, electrical components, and clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Refund Deductions: Shipping fees and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
  • Shipping Damage: Report damage immediately upon delivery. Freight-related damage claims are handled by the courier, not MyTruckPoint.
  • Return Rejections: If shipping costs exceed 50% of the product's value, returns may be denied. We will ask for your approval before proceeding.
  • Fitment Responsibility: Ensure the product fits your needs before purchase. Returns due to order errors made without team assistance are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Return Deadline: Returns are only accepted within 30 days of shipment.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: We’ll update you once your return is inspected, typically within 2 weeks.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after resolution.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you select a refund, you can reorder anytime. If you choose store credit, it will be issued as a gift card once we receive and inspect your return.

Cancellations – In-Stock Items

  • Cancel Before Shipment: You can cancel an in-stock order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once in transit, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it (shipping costs will apply).
  • Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies for cancellations, or you can opt for store credit.
  • Order Fulfillment: Once a shipping label is created, the order is fulfilled. Double-check your details before purchasing to avoid unnecessary costs.

Cancellations – Backorder/Special Order Items

  • Restocking Fees: For cancellations within 90 days, a 25% restocking fee applies. After 90 days, the fee is 5%. You can also opt for store credit or a product switch.
  • Non-Cancellable Items: Once special orders ship from the manufacturer, they cannot be canceled.
  • Payment Disputes: Chargebacks do not cancel an order and may lead to collection efforts. Contact us directly to resolve issues.
  • Shipment Refusal: If you refuse delivery, we will refund the item cost minus shipping and restocking fees, except for special orders, which are non-returnable.

    • Backordered Items: Out-of-stock products typically available.
