Strong Arm is the industry standard for quality and long-lasting performance. As the first and the original aftermarket gas charged lift support on the market, these lifts were developed to meet OE standards for gas pressure, corrosion resistance and ease of operation. Generally, lift supports lose 3 Percent of their power annually and this can be further impacted by extreme conditions. Colder temperatures accentuate power loss over time, leading to product failure. Fortunately, Strong Arm lift supports are easy to replace and can be done at home. All you need is about 10 minutes and a screwdriver. We also highly recommend doing it with a friend, so that the hood, tailgate or whatever you're working on can be held up while you replace the supports. Shipping was quick and it was packaged very well but had multiple imperfections including a dent big enough that the paint chipped on the grille. The damage definitely happened before shipping because the way and the location of the marks it couldn't have been during shipping without a clear indication on the packaging. All the parts were there, the instructions aren't the best but the steelcraft bumper install on YouTube covers everything nicely. Overall it fits nice and looks good, I could've sent it back for the damage but didn't have the time to wait for a replacement. 4stars because of the damage and it didn't come with even one sticker

Shipping was fast, though the product itself was difficult to install. Rails were hard to place on tailgate end to line them up evenly.Cover was difficult to close until rails spaced evenly. Cover does look good now though.
