Husky Towing Products brings to you the adjustable hitch step for the Husky channel mount ball mount. This convenient step is ready for any job or adventure you face, and can fold up out of the way when it is not needed, giving you extra functionality of your vehicle. The step easily fastens to the vertical channel of the Husky channel mount using two pins and clips (not included) (or the optional locking set), allowing it to be adjusted up and down the channel in 1 inch increments so you can fine tune it to the height that you need. The step is a sizeable 16 inches wide, and deep enough for work boots to get a firm grip, while knocking dirt and debris off and back to the ground where it belongs. The step is equipped with three sets of holes, so that when not in use, the step can simply be folded up and out of the way: one to mount the step onto the channel, one to secure it in the stepping position and one to secure it in the folded position. It can also be used as the same time as other accessories mounted in the channel; you do not get more versatile than that.

Horrible service, can't even read responses to reply properly. Sent open box item, broken. Wouldn't bother checking if a replacement was available before returning.

I feel the situation may be getting a bit exaggerated. It appears the package was mishandled during transit, which unfortunately caused the damage. That said, we promptly issued a full refund as soon as the issue was reported.

I do agree our returns team should have verified additional stock before sending the initial response, and I apologize for that oversight. However, we did inform you right away that the item was no longer in stock and offered the option of a full refund or placing the item on backorder. You chose the refund, which we respected.

Sometimes, things are simply out of our control—and in those moments, the best thing we can do is make it right for the customer. That’s exactly what we did, and also what you requested.
