Product Description

QA1 offers bolt-in Rear Coil-Over Conversion Kits for 1964 to 1972 GM A-body vehicles. These kits comes with specially designed USA made mounting brackets and single or double adjustable aluminum shocks, high travel springs and all necessary hardware. Single adjustable shocks provide 18 positions of simultaneous rebound and compression adjustment while QA1's double adjustable shocks provide 18 positions of compression adjustment and 18 positions of rebound adjustment, for a total of 324 possible valving combinations. These shocks also utilize a fully threaded body allowing for ride height adjustability. Multiple spring rate options are also available and have been successfully tested in various applications, from casual street driving to hard core race applications. With our highly popular adjustable front coil-over kits and the addition of the rear coil-over conversion kit, you can now get a complete suspension makeover for both ends of the vehicle. These lightweight billet aluminum coil-over shocks are made in the USA and offer easy, bolt-in installation and ride height adjustability. They are 100 Percent dyno tested and serialized and serviceable and rebuildable by QA1 authorized service centers. Used in drag racing, street performance, autocross, road racing and street rod applications.

Horrible service, can't even read responses to reply properly. Sent open box item, broken. Wouldn't bother checking if a replacement was available before returning.

I feel the situation may be getting a bit exaggerated. It appears the package was mishandled during transit, which unfortunately caused the damage. That said, we promptly issued a full refund as soon as the issue was reported.

I do agree our returns team should have verified additional stock before sending the initial response, and I apologize for that oversight. However, we did inform you right away that the item was no longer in stock and offered the option of a full refund or placing the item on backorder. You chose the refund, which we respected.

Sometimes, things are simply out of our control—and in those moments, the best thing we can do is make it right for the customer. That’s exactly what we did, and also what you requested.

I understand this can be frustrating, especially since this was an excellent deal at a very competitive price. While things didn’t go as planned, please know we will absolutely honor the same price if you're still interested.
