CIPA's Original Style Replacement Mirrors are a cost effective alternative to factory replacements of the rearview side mirrors on your vehicle. They are designed from factory tolerances to fit your vehicle like a factory piece. CIPA's Original Style Replacements Mirrors will bolt right on, with no need to modify the existing bolt-hole pattern. They have the same appearance, and meet the same quality standards needed to restore your vehicle back to its original look at a fraction of the cost. As with all CIPA mirrors, they are QS9000 and ISO 9002 certified to meet the strictest standards. They are rust and corrosion resistant, and feature OE grade glass. In order to meet the OE standard for glass, these mirrors use first surface plating, which means the reflective chrome layer is plated on the front of the glass. The advantage is less distortion from having to look through the thickness of the glass, but a greater risk from surface scratches. This mirror directly replaces Parts Link number GM1320188. Mirror specifications: Driver side (left hand), manual, textured black, foldaway, non-heated, with flat glass.

Horrible service, can't even read responses to reply properly. Sent open box item, broken. Wouldn't bother checking if a replacement was available before returning.

I feel the situation may be getting a bit exaggerated. It appears the package was mishandled during transit, which unfortunately caused the damage. That said, we promptly issued a full refund as soon as the issue was reported.

I do agree our returns team should have verified additional stock before sending the initial response, and I apologize for that oversight. However, we did inform you right away that the item was no longer in stock and offered the option of a full refund or placing the item on backorder. You chose the refund, which we respected.

Sometimes, things are simply out of our control—and in those moments, the best thing we can do is make it right for the customer. That’s exactly what we did, and also what you requested.

I understand this can be frustrating, especially since this was an excellent deal at a very competitive price. While things didn’t go as planned, please know we will absolutely honor the same price if you're still interested.
