Pathetic service

They sent me two driver side boards They do not respond with any support At first I thought it was an honest mistake But the lack of support shows me complete incompetence

This customer was very impatient. Customer email us on Friday before closing and we did response to customer very next day asking for pictures and she got upset about us asking for pictures and later provided us incomplete pictures. So we ask her to provide proper pictures which she replied after 2 days. A return label and new step bar were ship to customer within 3 to 4 business days. 

We go above and beyond to help our customers. However you need to have some patient we deal with lots of customer a day and we try our best to get back to every response within 24 hours time.
