Flowtech Headers are the perfect combination of quality and value. This header fits the popular 2004-08 Ford F-150 V8-5.4L 2WD/4WD. This header features 1-5/8 in. primary tubes and a 2-1/2 in. collector for increased exhaust flow for increasing performance, improving throttle response and providing a broad torque curve. This header accommodates all emission control devices and comes with premium aluminum header gaskets and hardware. This header is coated with Satin Silver Metallic Ceramic Coating.

Haven't used the hitch yet so can't really comment other than it installed easily. I wasn't able to access any tracking info,which wasn't a problem because the order arrived within 24 hours of me ordering.
