We use several different materials throughout the design process. Our uncompromising quality begins with advanced 3D CAD supported engineering and design. All our products undergo rigorous testing for fit, finish, drivability and durability. Each part starts with a custom jig using laser cut materials, precision TIG welding and meticulous assembly and quality control. Well I can't say much yet because we haven't unpacked the truck bed nor the aluminum sided tent yet because it's been winter and ice and snow everywhere. So we are now approaching spring, so will likely unpack the box in next week or so and make sure everything is there and as it should be. So if that turns out to be the case, I will be happy. But for now, we ordered the items and they arrived. That's it.
