Horrible service, can't even read responses to reply properly. Sent open box item, broken. Wouldn't bother checking if a replacement was available before returning.
I feel the situation may be getting a bit exaggerated. It appears the package was mishandled during transit, which unfortunately caused the damage. That said, we promptly issued a full refund as soon as the issue was reported.
I do agree our returns team should have verified additional stock before sending the initial response, and I apologize for that oversight. However, we did inform you right away that the item was no longer in stock and offered the option of a full refund or placing the item on backorder. You chose the refund, which we respected.
Sometimes, things are simply out of our control—and in those moments, the best thing we can do is make it right for the customer. That’s exactly what we did, and also what you requested.
I understand this can be frustrating, especially since this was an excellent deal at a very competitive price. While things didn’t go as planned, please know we will absolutely honor the same price if you're still interested.
