If you are tired of the clanking, sparking, and wear of dragging safety chains, the new Fastway Chain-Up safety chain sling is the fastest and easiest way to keep them from dragging. Just slip the Chain-Up over your hitch ball, thread the chains through, and adjust them to hang evenly, then couple up your trailer. Nothing to it. When you're done towing, pull the Chain-Up off the ball and lay it over the coupler of your trailer. The Chain-Up will keep your safety chains out of the mud and out of the way until you are ready to tow the next time. The standard model (82-00-3065) is designed for use with a typical fixed or adjustable ball mount with one single hitch ball. Use the multi-ball / weight distribution model (82-00-3090) for use with a fixed or adjustable ball mount having two or three hitch balls, or with a weight distribution hitch. Horrible service, can't even read responses to reply properly. Sent open box item, broken. Wouldn't bother checking if a replacement was available before returning.

I feel the situation may be getting a bit exaggerated. It appears the package was mishandled during transit, which unfortunately caused the damage. That said, we promptly issued a full refund as soon as the issue was reported.

I do agree our returns team should have verified additional stock before sending the initial response, and I apologize for that oversight. However, we did inform you right away that the item was no longer in stock and offered the option of a full refund or placing the item on backorder. You chose the refund, which we respected.

Sometimes, things are simply out of our control—and in those moments, the best thing we can do is make it right for the customer. That’s exactly what we did, and also what you requested.

I understand this can be frustrating, especially since this was an excellent deal at a very competitive price. While things didn’t go as planned, please know we will absolutely honor the same price if you're still interested.
