Heavy and big items do not qualify for Free Shipping. Some products are oversized and cannot be shipped through standard shipping. These products will not have a Free Shipping icon but you will be able to check out as Free shipping; however, if there is any additional cost you will be informed by our sales team before the item is shipped. If you do not wish to pay additional shipping cost, you have the option to cancel the order and request a full refund. Packages that weight more than 150 lbs are LTL Packages. Packages Lenght more than 165 inches in length and girth combined are LTL Package.
