Working with TruckPoint was a pleasure. The shipping was simply a gong show. It's a weak link for TruckPoint and will need to be improved on or customer satisfaction will be negatively impacted. After a terrible experience with they shipping company that TruckPoint used we finally got the items ordered delivered. Products were labeled incorrectly and the communication with the shipper was not a pleasant experience. TruckPoint assured me that they would do something to compensate us for all of the time, effort and confusion. I have yet to hear what they will do but I remain hopeful that they will continue their excellent customer service and support.

Shipping was fast, though the product itself was difficult to install. Rails were hard to place on tailgate end to line them up evenly.Cover was difficult to close until rails spaced evenly. Cover does look good now though.

The 350 chev is well put to gather shipped in a good crate I was going to over hall the core that I had but Truck Point price was better
